Established in 2018, the "Vanq" Charitable Foundation is a non-commercial entity funded by voluntary financial contributions from citizens. Operating without membership, the foundation is dedicated to cultural, charitable, and socially beneficial objectives, adhering to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, national legislation, international agreements, and its charter.
